actions/checkout is a JavaScript action, so a host-mode runner needs node
on its PATH to run it and fails with "Cannot find: node in PATH" without
one. Every step is plain shell now, which needs nothing of the runner
beyond git, python3, rsync and curl.
The clone is shallow and takes its URL from the live checkout's remote, so
there is no URL or token in the workflow. It works because the runner
already has to run as the user that owns that checkout.

The file had been deleted in the working tree, which is why __pycache__
started showing up as untracked. .venv-ci is the throwaway environment
the deploy workflow builds inside the runner's checkout.

Shaped after the Livetrail workflow: one job on a project-labelled host
runner, preflight checks, rsync from the runner's checkout. rsync rather
than a pull in the live directory, so the deploy needs no credentials of
its own for git:.
The tests run first and gate the rest, .venv and members.json are excluded
so the runtime and the learned stereo pair survive, and the last step
waits for the panel to answer -- the home page renders from config alone,
so it says the app came back up without waiting on the speakers.
The unit carries the real paths and user, which the README's sketch of it
never did.

Same contract as the Apache one -- strip the prefix off the request, tell
the app about it with X-Forwarded-Prefix, keep it to the local network --
with the two things nginx needs that Apache did not: a redirect for the
bare /heos, which would otherwise miss the location and fall through to
the filesystem, and the trailing slash on proxy_pass that does the
stripping.

The app assumed it lived at the server root: its links were /static/...
and its fetches /api/..., which behind a proxy at /heos resolve to the
wrong place, so the page would load and nothing on it would work.
It now takes the prefix from X-Forwarded-Prefix, and everything it
generates -- stylesheet, icons, the manifest's start_url, every fetch --
follows. Nothing changes when it is served from its own port.
deploy/heos.conf is the Apache side, restricted to the local network by
default, since this controls the speakers and the vhost it hangs off has
a public certificate.

Two cards side by side said nothing about whether the rooms were playing
together; now a room that joins the AVR moves into its card, under the
input it is playing, and leaving puts the card back in its own slot. The
button changes with it: Join Home Cinema when it stands alone, Leave when
it is in the group, since the card's position already says which it is.
Also fixes Separate everything, which sent a GET to a POST-only route and
so failed with a 405 and snapped the rooms straight back.

The word HEOS at the top of the panel becomes the mark itself, and the
home-screen icons are rendered from the same file so there is one place
to change it. All white on transparent: the panel is dark, and iOS lays
a transparent apple-touch-icon over black.
make_icons.py no longer draws its own glyph -- it rasterises logo.svg
with headless Chromium, which is heavier than the old arithmetic but the
only way to render real paths without a system SVG library. The PNGs are
committed, so it only has to run when the logo changes.
